5. When placing an order, the client agrees to the collection and use of his personal data to process the order, send an electronic ticket and notifications to the specified email or phone number. This data will not be disclosed or transferred to third parties and is used solely for the provision of services.

6. When placing an order, the client is obliged to provide accurate information. ANDI EVENTS undertakes not to disclose this information to third parties, except as required by Israeli law.

In the event that the cancellation of the order comes from the buyer, in accordance with clause 8, 5% of the total order amount or 100 shekels, whichever is less, will be withheld.  20.3. Все права на фото и видеоматериалы, созданные в ходе мероприятия, принадлежат ANDI EVENTS (346683543). ANDI EVENTS (346683543) имеет право редактировать, изменять и использовать данные материалы по своему усмотрению. Это право основано на статье 2(8) Закона об авторском праве (Закон об авторском праве, 5768-2007).

 20.4. Приобретая билет, вы подтверждаете, что не будете предъявлять организатору претензий по поводу использования ваших изображений в рамках, указанных в п. 20.1, 20.2, 20.3. Этот отказ от претензий соответствует положениям Закона о защите личной информации.
