By accepting the terms of this offer, the Buyer consents to the processing of personal data and accepts the following conditions:

Registration of the Buyer on the Site or provision of information in another way when placing an order for tickets means the Buyer’s unconditional agreement with all the terms of this Agreement (Acceptance of the Agreement). In case of disagreement with these conditions, the Buyer does not order tickets.

The Buyer’s consent to provide personal data to andievents.com and to process it to andievents.com is valid until the termination of the Operator’s activities or until the Buyer’s consent is withdrawn. By accepting this Agreement and going through the Registration and or ticket ordering procedure, as well as by subsequently accessing the Site, the Buyer confirms that he, acting of his own free will and in his own interest, transfers his personal data for processing by andievents.com and agrees to their processing. The buyer is notified that the processing of his personal data will be carried out by andievents.com on the basis of Israeli legislation on personal data.

The buyer provides the following personal data, but not limited to this list:

Personal information that the Buyer provides about himself independently during Registration and/or in the process of ordering tickets or using the services of the Site, including last name, first name, information about an identity document, telephone number (including mobile), email address and etc.

andievents.com does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by the Buyer. In this case, andievents.com assumes that the Buyer provides reliable and sufficient personal information.

During the processing of personal data, the following actions will be performed: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, blocking, deletion, destruction.

The buyer does not object that the information he provides in certain cases may be provided to authorized government agencies of the State of Israel in accordance with current legislation.

The Buyer's personal data is stored and processed by andievents.com in the manner provided for in this Agreement for the entire period of activity of andievents.com

The processing of personal data is carried out by andievents.com by maintaining databases, automated, mechanical, and manual methods.

The confidentiality conditions provided for in this Agreement apply to all information that andievents.com can receive about the Buyer when placing, receiving, paying for tickets, delivery and other services.

Information that is publicly disclosed during the execution of this Agreement, as well as information that can be obtained by the parties or third parties from sources to which any person has free access, is not confidential.

andievents.com takes all necessary measures to protect the confidentiality of the User’s personal data from unauthorized access, modification, disclosure or destruction, including: ensuring constant internal audit of the processes of collecting, storing and processing data and ensuring security; ensures the physical security of data, preventing unauthorized access to technical systems in which personal data is stored; provides access to personal data only to those employees or authorized persons who need this information to perform duties directly related to the provision of services to the Buyer, as well as the operation, development and improvement of work and provision of services.

The Buyer's personal data remains confidential, except in cases where the Buyer voluntarily provides information about himself for public access to an unlimited number of persons.

The transfer to andievents.com of the Buyer’s personal data is legal during the reorganization and transfer of rights to the legal successor, while all obligations to comply with the terms of this Agreement in relation to the personal information received by him are transferred to the legal successor.
